- BOOKING
a. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a maximum of 4 hours before the treatment time on the same day.

2. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
a. Participants must be in good health and able to ride a bicycle.
b. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
c. Safety equipment (helmet) must be worn at all times during the tour.
3. SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY
a. A warm-up session will be provided before the ride; participants are advised to follow the guide’s instructions.
b. The organizer is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by participants’ negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
c. Personal belongings are the responsibility of each participant.
4. PAYMENT
a. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
b. Payment must be made in full either before activity begins or at the time of check-out.
5. CANCELLATION
a. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
b. Cancellations made within 1 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the total activity cost.
c. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable
d. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or safety concerns, with a full refund or alternative date offered.
6. RESCHEDULING
a. Rescheduling of appointments can be done by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
b. Availability is subject to schedule.
7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
a. By joining the tour, participants agree to these terms and conditions and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor cycling activities.
