1. BOOKING

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a maximum of 4 hours before the treatment time on the same day.

2. TREATMENT

• Treatments will be conducted in the spa room provided by us.

• The spa room is equipped with comfortable and clean facilities to provide an optimal relaxation experience.

3. IN-ROOM SPA SERVICE

• In-room spa services are available for an additional charge of Rp50,000 per treatment.

• In-room spa service requests must be made at the time of the initial booking.

4. PAYMENT

• Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

• Payment must be made in full either before treatment begins or at the time of check-out.

5. CANCELATION

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made within 1 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the total treatment cost.

6. RESCHEDULING

• Rescheduling of appointments can be done by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Availability is subject to schedule.

7. SAFETY AND PRIVACY

• We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data.

• You are responsible for your personal belongings during your time at the spa.

8. ADDITIONAL POLICIES

• Please ensure that you have fully completed the spa consultation form before

commencing your spa treatment.

• Health Conditions: Please inform our therapist of any medical conditions or allergies before your treatment.

• Late Arrivals: Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time shortened.

• Children: Children under the age of 7 years are not permitted in the spa area.
